**For the uninitiated visitor, "Mind
the gap"
a much seen and heard warning to
london train passengers
to take caution while crossing the gap between the train door
and the station
platform.
It was introduced in 1969 on the London
Underground
as safety measure for passengers.
Not whithstanding the play on words for this website's name,
when on the tube,
please infact be
careful and DO "Mind the Gap"
